Biographical note | Ross S. Wilson (1894-1975) was a graduate of the University of Washington and served as an officer in the 80th Company, 2nd Battalion, 6th Regiment, United States Marine Corps, during the First World War. He later reentered the Marines and served during World War II, retiring a second time as a lieutenant colonel in the Reserves. |
