General noteA curiously assembled volume, perhaps published by Robert Bell. The second and third titles, with imprint "America: Printed for every purchaser, MDCCLXVIII." were advertised in the Philadelphia chronicle, July 11-18, 1768, as "lately published and to be sold by R. Bell." For unknown reasons they are here reissued to fill out what appears to be the first part only of the 1769 London edition. The frontispiece portrait of Lady Montagu was engraved by James Smither of Philadelphia.
General noteSignatures: A-C⁶; pi² A-D⁶ E⁴; A-B⁶.
