General noteIn the reprints edited by W.C. Hazlitt (printed for the Roxburghe library, 1870) and J. W. Cunliffe (Cambridge, 1910) is included a dedication "To the right worshipfull Sir Owen Hopton ... this .XXVI. of Aprill .1575 ..." According to Cunliffe, this leaf "is missing in all but one of the extant copies and is here reproduced from the unique example at Britwell court. It appears to be an inserted page and, in the Britwell copy, is placed between the verso of the title (The names of the Actors) and Aiii (The Argument), the verso of the inserted page being blank." In the reprints -- Hazlitt's as well as Cunliffe's -- the verso of the t.-p. is blank, the names of the Actors being printed on the verso of the inserted (?) dedication.
