Abstract "The phenomenon of trauma has been studied many times in various fields, but its analysis in connection with memory in the context of commemoration in the form of a musical work has not yet been undertaken on a larger scale. The innovation of my research lies in the analysis of the sound shape, which is a record of trauma and its trace and memory, and at the same time it is a form of overcoming it. It is also worth paying attention to the fact that the musical works mentioned and analyzed by me have, by their very nature, a universal dimension, and, as I try to show, they are much better and easier to perceive than their purely discursive presentation, because their means of expression is music - the art of sounds, which is a language that does not require translation"-- Provided by publisher.
