Abstract "The development of new technologies in construction in the near future will allow us to radically change our views and approaches to traditional methods of constructing buildings and structures, as well as solve a number of problems in this area related to reducing energy and resource consumption, as well as increasing the speed and quality of construction. A rational solution to these problems is the use of 3D printing technology. The book presents an analysis of resource- and energy-efficient types of building mixtures for 3D printing and requirements for their technological and other properties. Using mathematical planning of experiments, a set of polynomial models of the properties of cement-ash, cement-slag and cement-gypsum-pozzolanic mixtures for 3D printing was obtained, including their suitability time for extrusion "open time", structural strength required for layer-by-layer build-up of the mixture, adhesion of layers and compressive strength of extruded concrete. Based on the obtained models, an analysis of the factors of the composition of the mixtures for the studied properties was carried out. A methodology for designing optimal mixture compositions for 3D printing is presented. Compositions of fine-grained concrete mixtures have been developed that provide the minimum required structural and adhesive strength. Analysis of experimental data has allowed us to establish the features of the influence of mineral additives for comparing the main physical and mechanical properties of concrete for 3D printing. Effective fiber concrete mixtures based on water resistant gypsum-cement-pozzolanic quick-hardening binders for 3D printing have been developed"-- Provided by publisher.
