| Abstract | Completing obstetrics and gynecology residency is an impressive milestone, requiring four years of hard work and dedication. Afterwards, graduates can encounter many options in their career path. Some choose to dive right into an attending role, while some will choose to pursue a more specialized career via a fellowship program. Regardless of what path one takes after finishing residency, the process can be daunting, with many unknowns and unique obstacles, often faced in unfamiliar atmospheres.
