Continuation on national emergency with respect to the Middle East peace process : communication from the President of the United States transmitting notification that the emergency declared with respect to geave acts of violence committed by foreign terrorists that disrupt the Middle East peace process is to contunue in effect, beyond January 23, 1999, pursuant to 50 U.S.C. 1622(d).
