Abstract "The impact of digitalization emerges as an indispensable part of human life, including working life. This causes us to define the world we live in with new names and to see it as the beginning of a new era (Digital World - Digital Era). Industry 4.0 has completely transformed and renewed all production activities and working life, just like in the first industrial revolution. Digital transformation has become a necessity for all organizations to continue their activities. Thus, this great technological transformation experienced by the changing and developing world has led to a major change in the direction and evolution of scientific research. In this study, our aim is to deal with the transformations that the new period has brought about and can bring in the field of organizational behavior with different dimensions. In this context, selected research and opinions for many sectors are included. The book, in which 35 scientists contributed to 25 chapters, is a remarkable scientific publication with many research titles. Considering the changing, developing and transforming world with the "digitalization" phenomenon in the context of "Organizational Behavior" is extremely important in terms of its scientific contribution. We hope, this study will contribute to the management and organizational behavior literature with this multi-dimensional aspect"-- Provided by publisher.
