Abstract "There is significant increase in cross migration of women from various ethnicities, cultures, and with varying skin colour. With publications focused mainly on Fitz Skin types 1 to 4, accurate vulvar disease diagnosis in coloured skin may be compromised, resulting in suboptimal therapeutic outcomes, as the skin colour disguises much of the erythema seen in Caucasian population, the dermatoses look quite different in patients with skin of colour.
