Abstract |
Public forum (v. 1) with older African Americans chaired by Mary Williams discussing their childhoods and what they remember about what has made them into the people they are today. Topics include politics, civil rights, rearing children, and what would make for a better community. People attending the forum were Mildred Council, Councilwoman for the state of North Carolina, Dr. Gay Wilentz, Dr. David Dennard, and some of the people interviewed on videocassettes v. 2-7. |
