Changes in land cover in the Columbia River Estuary : 1989-1992 |
Abstract |
Using self-contained browser technology, this CD-ROM provides an interface to view coastal resource information about the Columbia River Estuary. It integrates satellite-derived land cover data with other map data layers in one file that can be viewed on a desktop computer. In addition, this CD-ROM contains all of the source data ready for input into a wide range of image-processing or geographic information systems (GIS). After input, users may interactively view, analyze, and create maps, charts, and reports. CD-ROM contains an Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) ArcView project file and coverages that allow users to open all of the vector and raster data layers in ArcView. |
