Summary Logbook kept on board ship DELHI for an East Asian trading voyage from Boston, Mass. to Guangzhou (China), Old Anjer (Indonesia) and return to New York. Contains verse to keeper's father (signed L.B.T.) and mentions large numbers of grasshoppers 480 miles from land. DELHI carried cargo of tea, cassia, gunpowder, silks and matting. Includes pencil illustration of land profiles.
