Summary Journal of Lieut. James A. Dudley kept on board the U.S.S. SUPERIOR, 1 May - 12 August 1814. Dudley describes his daily duties and activities on board the ship, which was stationed on Lake Ontario under the command of Commodore Isaac Chauncey.
