Summary Log of the U.S. frigate BOSTON, 23 September 1800-4 May 1801, with a gap in chronology from 12 November 1800 to 3 March 1801. Kept by her commander George Little, the log covers the period of the capture in October 1800 by the BOSTON of the French national ship BERCEAU during the War with France. Also, Little's membership certificate (13 December 1779) in the St. Andrew's Lodge of Freemasons, Boston, Mass.
