Tells the story of Admiral Martin's encounter with Baudin, chasing the convoy from Toulon bound for Barcelona, harrying Baudin's squadron into a sheltered harbour and running his ships on shore. Then ordered into the Bay of Rosas as part of a boat attack on the vessels from the convoy. Dated 2 November 1809.
