Summary Handwritten narrative of Mutiny of HMS BOUNTY and after events by Staff Captain George Hastings Inskip, and an account of Inskip's visit to Pitcairn Island. Another manuscript entitled "The Depths of the Ocean", an account of attempts to survey the bottom of the sea by various vessels, including RATTLESNAKE and CHALLENGER. Both volumes are handwritten and unbound.
