Regulating doctors and chirurgions, and lawyers boundless fees. 6. The putting down tythes, and to have a constant, equal maintenance for the ministry, and schools other wayes. 7. About reforming the City of London. 8. Concerning monopolizing post letters, and other things. 9. Concerning copy hold land. 10. Concerning law suits, and lawyers. 11.
