Wherin he declares his proceedings against the said castle, and how the Marquis hath left the same, and is now going towards his Maj. with all his forces. VVith the Parliaments proclamation, sent to the Earl of Essex by Sir Philip Stapleton, and the resolution of the Kings Majesty and the Earl of Essex to meet at Worcester with their armies.
