The declaration and votes of the Lords and Commons asembled in Parliament : concerning the late treaty of peace in York-shire : wherein they renounce the said agreement as being very prejudiciall and dangerous to the whole kingdome that any one county should stand as neuters and withdraw themselves from the assistance of the rest : together with the fourth article of the Lord generals instructions sent to Mr. Hetham and Sir Ed. Rodes with power to them to publish it and to pardon all those that shall submitt within 10 dayes.
