Judgements have been entered against London, Chester, ...All corporations are to be restored as they were before any deed of surrender. All officers holding since a surrender removed from place. All deeds of surrender to be cancelled and returned. New charters will be granted. All charters of incorporation granted after 1679 annulled and void." -- Steele.
