| Abstract | This Festschrift presents the proceedings of the conference, 'Vestis variata', with the topic texts and structure -- motifs and intertexts, held at the University of Bamberg to honor the 70th birthday of the renowned classical philologist Niklas Holzberg. The structure, motifs, and integrality of a text have a constuitive role while extending beyond the text itself: 'text' and 'context' interact across elements of structure and genre and across topoi and motifs. |
