Abstract Energy Medicine for Health and Wellness presents an overview of energy medicine and explains how and why energy stimulates the innate healing ability within a person’s body to jump-start body regulation. The video discusses the role of Albert Einstein in understanding how energy impacts the world. The video also points out how energy healing is separated into two distinct categories by the U.S. National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, as well as discusses how each type differs from the other. As such, the video reviews how one or more specific aspects of energy medicine are currently being utilized by the medical community, both diagnostically and as a tool for enhancing health and wellness.
