In Grabouka, the Holy Mount is the most revered pilgrimage for the Orthodox community. The Transfiguration Festival takes place on August 19th every year. Thousands of pilgrims come and drink the holy water rising from the foot of the hill. Beliefs and customs are preserved and transmitted by the Szeptuchy (the Whisperers), who are considered witches and healers all in one.;
