A headteacher discusses a new data resource, The Fischer Family Trust, which has helped him to set realistic academic targets, and we see how his governing body has responded.A caretaker governor from a Primary School in Tiverton, sets her sights on finding the money to repair a swimming pool and persuades the other governors to support her. While the chair of governors at Gay Elms, Bristol, describes how she uses a newly acquired parents room to encourage parental involvement in the school. |
