Abstract | Jessie is quiet and perhaps nervous. She does not understand why she is being questioned. Last Tuesday, Jessie witnessed a school shooting and the death of her friend Rebecca. In visiting with the doctor today, however, she believes that nothing out of the ordinary has happened. In response to direct questioning regarding the shooting, it is painful for her to recall any details or memories of the incident.
