Abstract Under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Office of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking guides jurisdictions to implement the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006, particularly its Title I, the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA).
