Report of the Committee of Ways and Means, to whom were referred two resolutions of the House of Representatives : directing them to inquire into the expediency of changing certain collection districts; and also a memorial of sundry inhabitants of Pennsylvania, praying that the county of Cumberland may be erected into a separate collection district, accompanied by a letter from the commissioner of the revenue, upon the same subject. : February 11, 1815.
