General noteExcept for the title page, the almanac is an offprint of Cochran's Philadelphia almanac for 1812. Cochran's was presumably printed by Ann Cochran, later Ann Cochran Coles, who succeeded her husband Robert Cochran as printer at the same address after his death on Oct. 11, 1811. An advertisement of Hogan's bookstore has been inserted on p. [30].
