Commonwealth of Massachusetts : In the House of Representatives, June 4, 1813. Ordered, that Messrs. Thatcher, Warren, Lloyd, Boston, Hall, Williamstown, Bates, Northampton, with such as the Hon. Senate may join, be a committee to consider so much of His Excellency's speech as relates to "an extension of our territorial limits" and forming new states without the territorial limits of the United States.
