Boston gazette, extra. Thursday, April 2, 1812 : Highly interesting letter. : (The gross and wanton abuse of Gen. Maltby, and the officers of his division, in yesterday's Patriot, having excited the most lively indignation ... we have judged it necessary to publish the intire [sic] letter of this patriot and soldier, in order that the public may see the outrages which have been committed by the executive on the old militia system.
