Proposals for publishing at Windsor, Vt. the Vermont Republican & American yeoman : By the union of these establishments, it is but reasonable to calculate, that, with the support of their former patrons, the subscribers will be enabled to present the inhabitants of the eastern section of Vermont with a paper not inferiour, in point of size, or mechanical executions, to any in the state.
