General note"Worcester ss. Court-Room, June 21, 1816. At a meeting of the counsellors & attornies at law practising in the county of Worcester, Hon. Nathaniel Paine, president, in the chair,--the foregoing rules, reported as amended, by a committee of the Bar, were accepted and adopted, and thereupon ordered, that a sufficient number of copies for the use of the members of the Bar, be printed. Attest, Levi Lincoln, Jr. sec'ry."--p. 7-8.
