Report of the Committee of Commerce and Manufactures, who were instructed by a resolution of the House of the 12th instant : to enquire into the expediency of allowing under proper regulations, a drawback of duties on goods, wares, and merchandise imported into the port of New-Orleans, from any port of the United States, and from thence exported to any foreign port or place.
