The committee, consisting of Mr. Dane, Mr. Clark, Mr. Varnum, Mr. Lee, and Mr. Grayson, to whom it was referred to consider what officers in the civil department are become unnecessary; and to whom also was referred a motion of Mr. Dane, respecting the department of the Treasury---report the following resolutions.
