However, although the Congress was meeting at Philadelphia at this time, this edition lacks the official appearance of the acts printed at Philadelphia by Francis Childs and John Swaine. Cf. Maryland, 41, which records, but does not locate, a copy of the act printed at Baltimore by William Goddard and James Angell, based on an advertisement appearing in the June 24, 1791, issue of their Maryland journal and Baltimore advertiser.
