In General Assembly, especially convened at the city of Newport, August 22, A.D. 1786 : An act, in addition to and amendment of an act, entituled, "An act in addition to and amendment of an act, made and passed by this Assembly, at their session holden at Newport, in May last, for emitting the sum of one hundred thousand pounds, in bills of credit." ... In the lower House, August 26, 1786. The above protest was read and rejected.
