By the president and the Supreme Executive Council of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a proclamation : Whereas by the deposition of Thomas Leaming, Junior, Esquire, taken according to law, it appears that in the night of the twelfth of this present month, in Penn Street, in the district of Southwark, he was robbed of a sum of money, in silver, and that at the same time and place, Mrs. Elizabeth Houston was robbed of her hat and dangerously wounded ... Given ... at Philadelphia, this fifteenth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty four.
