Newport Trinity Church Lottery : The General Assembly, at their last sessions, having granted permission to the congregation of Trinity Church, in Newport, to raise by lottery, the sum of fifteen hundred dollars, to discharge the debts they unavoidably contracted during the war, and to repair the church and lane.
