Those veterans, whose services entitled them to lands in the western territories : are informed, that an opportunity now offers of visiting that delightful country, in which the pleasure of the excursion will be enhanced, by their receiving a handsome bounty, regular pay, subsistence and clothing. Those young men, whose spirit and enterprize give them a right to a participation in the honour of serving their country, are also invited to the American standard.
