Pell, Esquire, one of the coroners of the county of Westchester, on the eighteenth day of May, instant, it appears that Isaac Smith, deputy sheriff of the said county, was on the seventeenth day of the said month, inhumanly murdered ... Given under my hand and the privy seal at the city of New-York, this twenty-fourth day of May, in the year 1792.
