Samuel Waldo of Boston, merchant, intending with all possible expedition to settle two towns of forty families each, on a tract of land, to which his title is indisputable, lying on the western side of a navigable river known by the name of St. George's River ... hereby notifies all persons who may be desirous to take up lots and settle there.
