By His Excellency Coll. Benjamin Fletcher, captain general and governour in chief of His Majesties province of New-York, &c. A proclamation[.] : Whereas it hath pleased almighty God to bless the inhabitants of this province ... I have therefore... thought fit to prohibit the exportation of flower, bread, wheat, or any other grain, until the first of August next ensuing. ...
