Extract of an act of the General-Assembly of the colony of New-York. Published the 24th of March, 1758. Entitled, an act for raising, paying, and cloathing two thousand six hundred and eighty effective men, officers included, for forming an army of twenty thousand men, with the forces of the neighbouring colonies, to invade the French possessions in Canada, in conjunction with a body of His Majesty's regular troops; and other puropses therein mentioned.
