General noteEvans suggests that this was printed at Boston in about 1740. However, based on the type ornaments used (Reilly 577, 575, 520, 641, 642, 491, 756), Hugh Amory concludes that this was likely printed by D. & J. Kneeland, no earlier than the 1760s.
