By virtue of a certain writ of levari facias, of our Lord the King : issued out of the Supreme-Court of the province of Pennsylvania, to me directed, will be exposed to sale, by way of public vendue, on Friday the sixteenth day of September next, at the premises, one full equal and undivided third-part, the whole into three equal parts to be divided, of and in the messuages, tenements, and tracts of land herein after mentioned, situate and being in the county of Lancaster, and province aforesaid, that is to say.
