Georgia. In the Council of Safety. Savannah, 21st December, 1775 : Whereas it was resolved, by the late Provincial Congress ... we do, therefore ... issue this our summons, hereby requiring all and every the persons, so to be elected and delegated as aforesaid, to meet and assemble in Provincial Congress, at Savannah, on the twentieth day of January next.
