General noteThis edition was probably printed in 1767. Two pamphlets printed by Green at Hartford in 1767 have "opposite the court-house" in the imprint. All American Antiquarian Society imprints by Green prior to 1767 have a different location for his printing establishment. In 1768 he was partner in the firm of Green & Watson.
