General noteOne of two variant issues. In the present issue, p. [18] has "Rates of coins. Established by an act of Congress, pass'd February 9, 1793, and which took place the 1st day of July following."; the title page includes "Rates of coins .." in its list of contents. In the other issue, p. [18] has "A table, shewing the number of males and females in each state, with the excess of males and females." and "Patience recommended. Bolinbroke."; and the title page of that issue includes the Table in its list of contents.
