An eulogy moralized, on the illustrious character of the late General George Washington, who died on Saturday, the 14th day of December, 1799 : Delivered at Gloucester, on the 22d of February, 1800--in compliance with the recommendations of Congress, the Legislature of this Commonwealth, and the unanimous voice of the town aforesaid.
