The Surprising adventures of the fortunate factor, in which are related : The miraculous deliverance from death of the King's most beautiful daughter, as she was going to be strangled for striking a Turkish lady, for whose ransom the factor paid 100 pounds, and brought her to England. In some years after, his generosity was amply rewarded by the King her father, who gave the fair princess to the British factor and pronounced him successor to his throne.
